At Flat and Free™, because we are a small-batch brand, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges. We believe every product ordered deserves a second chance to shine on the right Flattie. If the product you ordered isn’t quite your vibe, pass it along, gift it, or donate it to someone who will wear it or use it with pride.
